Vic, Australia
The cottage is a splendid place to stop and rest while cycling the East Gippsland Rail Trail, exploring the Great Alpine Road or the Sydney Melbourne Coastal Drive, travelling to and from Mt Hotham’s ski fields or just looking for a quiet place to recharge for a few days.
The front verandah overlooks the lush farmland of the Tambo River valley, while the spacious back patio looks into the large private garden. Inside the freshly renovated cottage has a calm, welcoming feel with polished timber floorboards, contemporary furniture, large living room with fireplace, huge kitchen/ dining room (with a bit of retro feel), 2 bathrooms, separate toilet and three bedrooms.
While we don't list as a pet friendly property, we may be able to accommodate your pet but we do ask that you please contact us first.

About Bruthen
Bruthen is a delightful village perched above the meandering Tambo River, with a wide treed village green down the centre of the main street which is lined with good places to eat. It is on the doorstep of both the Gippsland Lakes and the Victorian Alps: it is nicely placed between Melbourne (3 hours drive to the west), the gorgeous South Coast of NSW (3 hours to the east) and Canberra (5 hours to the north).
