This modern three bedroom home has architectural style & comfort, expansive windows/doors capturing views of gum trees, rolling hills and nearby vineyards. Citrus Grove is well set up for working-from-home, cooking or exploring/cycling the nearby rail trail. No accommodation in the area has better views.
The Space
The house has modern facilities including a well-appointed kitchen, espresso machine, digital TV, Blu-ray/DVD player, a selection of DVDs, iPod docking music station, portable UE boom, NBN internet, work-from-home desk and ergonomic chair (and monitor) gas Weber BBQ, split AC systems, Nectre wood burning heater, ceiling fans and double glazing for comfortable living. The house has amazing conveniences for preparing a gourmet meal at home from the produce gathered at a trip to one of the farmer's markets, or you may prefer to enjoy many of the eateries in Leongatha, Korumburra, Loch, Koonwarra or Inverloch. The house is light-filled, with oodles of features for the fan of good design and offers a very comfortable time away from the city.
The rates are based on two people and for a two night minimum. Additional people are $50 per person per night for the entire length of stay and pets are $30 per visit. Long weekends have a preferred three-night minimum requirement. Guests will have access to ‘booked’ bedrooms and exclusive access to remainder of property. For our preparation purposes it is important that you provide accurate guest numbers and your specific requirements at the time of your booking.
Bedding Configuration
The three bedrooms are configured as:
Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed;
Bedroom 2 also has a queen size bed;
Bedroom 3 has a double bed + a single bed.
Pets
House trained pets are welcome for an additional $30 per visit, however, pets are not permitted on the furniture, in the bedrooms or on the bedding, thank you. If this is not adhered too and additional cleaning is required, fees may apply. We also request that pet owners pick up the pet waste from the area around the house.

Complete and private access to the house and surrounding 10 acres. We'll provide details for the key collection on booking. A torch may be handy if you're arriving in the dark. From time to time cows graze in the front paddock and there is good fencing around the house but prefer if you keep the main gate closed. As previously mentioned, you will have access to ‘booked’ bedrooms and exclusive access to remainder of property.
Other things to note
The house is surrounded by a wire fence and a gate onto the road to provide security for your children or pets. Given the surrounding properties have cattle and horses, we prefer that the main gate remains closed. Photos can be found at the end of the listing.
